The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales targets within retail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering the highest level of customer service through teamwork and living brand values
- Supporting store management with daily tasks and store duties
- Motivating and supporting sales team members to deliver exceptional customer service and hit personal targets
- Offering guidance and direction to the sales team to assist with their development and ensure KPIs are being met
- Ensuring strong visual standards across the store
- Assisting with deliveries and organization of the stock room
- Responsible for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Sharing our brand values, working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, strong customer service skills, being a team player and supporting management where needed.

This is a part-time role located in Kildare, Ireland. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the brand and have experience in managing a team on the shop floor.
