You will also monitor and manage feedback and reviews through various platforms, ensuring positive brand representation and addressing customer concerns.
Requirements for this role include a minimum of 2+ years previous experience in a similar role within eCommerce, a marketing degree or equivalent, and in-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and digital marketing. You should have knowledge and experience navigating META Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Canva, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The ability to analyse data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions using Excel, Google Analytics, and Shopify Analytics is also essential.
