Agile Delivery Lead
We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to spearhead our project management efforts. This full-time role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, team coaching, and stakeholder engagement. Experience with Java microservices and CI/CD practices is highly desirable.
Develop and implement Agile frameworks to ensure efficient project delivery
Coach teams on Scrum principles and Agile best practices
Foster effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
Track progress using Agile metrics like velocity and burndown charts
Utilize tools like Azure DevOps and Jira to manage work items
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning
Support best practice use of Azure services like Functions and Logic Apps
Contribute to the development of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps alignment
Apply influence to remove blockers and maintain smooth delivery
5+ years of experience in Agile team leadership or Scrum Master roles
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent)
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar platforms (. Jira)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong stakeholder management abilities
