Managerial Role in Domiciliary Care

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Croft Supported Living Service, providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the service operates in compliance with regulatory standards and delivers high-quality care and support.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in domiciliary care, with experience of managing within a registered/regulated service. You will be required to oversee the management of our service, ensuring that all regulatory requirements and standards are met and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the service operates in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • To deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  • To manage the service effectively, including financial management and resource allocation.
  • To work closely with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A professional Social Work qualification and registration on the NISCC register, or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in a relevant operational management capacity in a health and social care setting.
  • Experience of managing within a registered/regulated service.
  • Working knowledge of the needs of people with learning and physical disabilities.
  • Demonstratable experience and knowledge of resource and budget management.
