Healthcare Data Platform Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Data Platform Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to play a key role in growing our healthcare data ecosystem solution.

This position requires the ability to build, grow, and lead a world-class team of engineers who build critical parts of our product platforms. The successful candidate will create the technical vision for Datavant's suite of retrieval products and partner with product and design teams to ship value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and guidance to engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Team Management: Build and grow a high-performing team of engineers, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation and process improvements within the engineering organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of customer-facing solutions.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in healthcare data platform development, with expertise in data integration, analytics, and security.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
