With approximately €34bn in assets under management, Fineco AM specializes in the management of fund-of-funds, single-strategy funds, and Structured Solutions Funds.

In addition to portfolio management activities, all key supporting and controlling functions, including Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Legal, are performed locally.

Fineco AM began with 5 employees and has experienced rapid growth over the past 6 years, with a current headcount of over 80 FTEs and continuous expansion.

Currently, Fineco AM manages 3 UCITS Umbrella Funds – 1 in Luxembourg and 2 in Ireland.

The Role:

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to support our Finance function on a temporary basis.

This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and liquidity management while ensuring adherence to internal controls and company policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liquidity Management: Monitor and update management and the Parent Company on current and projected cash flow positions.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and file regulatory returns with the Central Bank of Ireland on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Policies & Procedures: Review and implement group policies within required timelines.
  • Management Reporting: Assist the Finance team in preparing reports for the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors, providing clear and timely financial insights.
  • Dashboard Reporting: Support the Finance team in designing and implementing dashboards to analyze Company and Fund performance.
  • Fund Ongoing Charges: Review and validate the computation of Ongoing Charges and Transaction Costs from Fund Administrators, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the budget and UCITS KIID/PRIIPs KID regulations.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Excel and Power BI with strong analytical and data-handling skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a structured manner.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services (preferred).
