Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business transformation practice, you will work closely with clients to identify and address business challenges, develop strategic solutions, and implement effective change management.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and agree on the scope of engagement.
- Conduct workshops with product owners to gather information about as-is business processes and develop customer-driven to-be processes.
- Support the business by documenting process models and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Map customer experiences using tools like personas and customer journeys.
- Analyze statistical data to support business cases for change.
- Research and analyze best-in-class industry processes to support digitization and simplification of customer journeys.
- Collaborate with the business in planning and designing digital strategies that promote customer retention and loyalty.
- A background in financial services advisory, management consultancy, or change management.
- Proven ability to quickly understand business strategy and objectives.
- Design thinking, stakeholder management, clear communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in documenting business cases, business process modeling, and requirement elicitation through workshops.
- Project management experience from inception to delivery.
- Agile and waterfall SDLC experience.
- Strong collaboration, continuous improvement, and leadership skills.
