Drive Innovation and Lead AI TeamsWe are seeking an experienced leader to drive the development and implementation of AI solutions. As Head of AI Innovation Lab, you will supervise and administer the center of excellence, driving our AI strategy forward.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and executes the company AI strategy to realize the future vision.
  • Pioneers a passion for AI, leading and inspiring teams with proven ability.
  • Delivers impactful AI solutions through strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations of the AI Innovation Lab.
  • Mentors a team of AI professionals, driving project development and delivery.
  • Collaborates with other departments to identify AI opportunities.
  • Evaluates lab projects alignment with overall AI strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above) in numerical subject (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering).
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 7-10+ years related experience demonstrating leadership capabilities and/or functioning as a team lead/supervisor.
  • Cloud certification desired.
  • Role-based certifications may be required depending on region/BU requirements.
  • Experience with SQL and Python.
  • Extensive experience in AI, machine learning, and data science.
  • Proven track record of leading AI projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based AI platforms.
  • Generative AI models and technologies experience.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to AI.
