Role Purpose

As a Project Manager at APC, you will work closely with leading biopharma and pharma companies to deliver projects that accelerate the development of life-saving medicines. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the successful execution of client projects from initial process transfer into APC to completion of the process development program and transfer back to our clients or to our GMP manufacturing suite, VLE.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring regular and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Planning & Execution

You will lead the project management process for drug development and manufacturing projects, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables. You will oversee program delivery via APC's knowledge management platform iACHIEVE and develop comprehensive project plans for each phase of the project.

Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage client expectations, ensuring that all milestones and deliverables are met to their satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns or issues, resolving them quickly and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
Cross-functional Team Leadership

You will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of scientists, engineers, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, manufacturing, and other departments. Ensure that all team members are aligned with the project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
