Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

The successful candidate will be a dedicated and motivated individual responsible for supporting all validation activities associated with the qualification of new tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

This role operates on a standard working day, Monday to Friday, and offers a permanent position with an excellent remuneration package.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and execute process validation protocols and reports for new product introductions and revalidation due to process/material improvements.">
  • Maintain compliance to ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 systems standards.">
  • Incorporate solutions to sustain and improve the quality management system.">
  • Focus on continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.">
  • Support GMP and regulatory audits.">
  • Review and execute factory acceptance testing and site acceptance protocols.">
  • Prepare and deliver training modules as required.">
  • Support continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.">

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with a third-level qualification in an engineering discipline or polymer science. Relevant experience as a Validation Engineer in an injection moulding/medical device background is essential. Experience in statistical analysis (Minitab)/ SPC/ Validations is a must. A proactive approach to their day-to-day duties and strong attention to detail are also necessary for this role.
