We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Litigation Specialist to join our team in Dublin.
This exciting opportunity involves working with a market-leading team, handling high-value and complex insurance disputes, regulatory matters, and transactions.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a large firm, exposure to transactional work in the insurance sector, and comprehensive knowledge of Solvency II.

The successful candidate will advise clients on insurance-related disputes, regulatory matters, and transactions, including professional indemnity, public liability, and coverage issues.
They will also handle M&A, portfolio transfers, structured reinsurance or similar transactional work, manage complex litigation and regulatory investigations, and provide strategic and commercial advice on risk, compliance, and policy interpretation under Solvency II and other regulatory frameworks.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with 2-3 years' PQE
- Previous experience in insurance litigation, ideally gained in a top-tier or specialist firm
- Strong technical skills with excellent commercial awareness
- Comprehensive knowledge of Solvency II
- Ability to manage cases independently while working as part of a collaborative team
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
