Job Title

Quality and Patient Safety Executive Assistant

This role is a key position within the organization, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and patient safety.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing competing priorities and deadlines, with the ability to analyze and interpret information to inform timely decisions.
  • They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will have strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • They will also have experience in data extraction and presentation, with the ability to create clear and concise reports.
  • Finally, the candidate will have a strong understanding of Quality and Patient Safety (QPS) principles and practices, with the ability to contribute to the development and implementation of QPS initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate quality improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement and patient safety principles and practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality improvement or patient safety role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Experience in data extraction and presentation.
