We are looking for a proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude, interested in a new challenge and motivated by expanding their skills and experience. The successful candidate will report directly to the Life Compliance Manager and support the Life Compliance Officer and the team in implementing the organization's Compliance Programme into the business.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Quality Monitoring: Managing sales quality to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering Queries: Managing and responding to compliance and anti-money laundering-related queries from various stakeholders.
  • Sanction, PEP, and Adverse Media Alerts: Reviewing and escalating sanction, PEP, and adverse media alerts where necessary.
  • Conduct Assurance Monitoring: Conducting assurance monitoring of various business functions to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Presentation and Communication: Presenting on compliance-related topics to internal and external audiences.
  • Procedure Maintenance: Ensuring internal procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Marketing Material Compliance: Reviewing marketing material to ensure compliance with Consumer Protection Code requirements.
  • Support and Assistance: Providing support and assistance regarding Fitness & Probity, Minimum Competency, and other related activities.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Required.
  • Compliance Qualifications or Working Towards: Required.
  • Computer Literacy and Microsoft Office Competency: Required.
  • Understanding of Operations Processes and Procedures: Required.
  • Excellent Organisational and Planning Skills: Required.
  • Very High Standard of Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Required.
  • Able to Think Clearly and Logically: Required.
  • Excellent Time Management of Task Delivery: Required.
  • Able to Work Independently Using Own Initiative and as Part of a Team: Required.
  • Positive and Flexible Attitude to Change: Required.
