Role Summary:

A Trade Desk Representative is required to investigate client inquiries related to margin analysis, position liquidations, trade cancellations, order trigger conditions, products, and exchange inquiries. The role involves resolving routine and complex client concerns promptly via various communication channels, ensuring courtesy and sound judgment.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, margin methodologies, trading platforms, exchange operations, and regulations. They will also possess excellent product knowledge in areas such as Equities, Options, Futures, Options on Futures, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, FX, CFDs.

Key responsibilities include learning proprietary trading and administrative platforms to educate clients and support the automated business model. Additionally, they will support the Quality Assurance Department with complaint resolution and coordinate with local and international client service teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree (NFQ level 7) in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets and regulations.
  • Excellent product knowledge: Equities, Options, Futures, Options on Futures, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, FX, CFDs.
  • Critical thinking skills and a passion for technology and financial markets.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
