Job Title: Senior Culinary Specialist
">The role of a Chef de Partie is to support the kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, while contributing to menu planning and development.
Key Responsibilities">- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality across all sections.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining a clean and efficient workstation at all times.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve culinary excellence and meet customer expectations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to develop their skills, and takes pride in their craft.
Requirements">- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
