Job Overview

About the Role

This role involves collaborating with various departments and partners to ensure seamless delivery of facility and utility support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a permanent inspection readiness state, driving continuous improvement through active participation in projects and system failure studies, and supporting the development and execution of change control related to the engineering function.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain facility and utility support services in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
  2. Support continuous improvement through active participation in projects, system failure studies, and incident investigations.
  3. Develop and execute change control related to the engineering function.
  4. Participate in and contribute to lean measures such as gemba and kaizen events.
  5. Ensure compliance with global policies, procedures, and guidelines, regulatory requirements, and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering, science, or technical discipline.
  • Lean six sigma methodology experience, preferably with a green belt certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver objectives with limited oversight.
  • Experience within facilities and utilities support areas in a GMP manufacturing environment.
