Spa Attendant Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our spa facilities.

  1. Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a spotless environment throughout the spa, including the pool area, hammam suite, thermal suites, changing rooms, and all guest public areas.
  2. Amenity Management: Replenish guest amenities regularly to ensure they meet ESPA brand standards.
  3. Setup and Closing Procedures: Set up and close down the spa according to brand guidelines using relevant checklists.
  4. Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to guests, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
  5. Personal Standards: Maintain high standards of appearance and personal hygiene at all times.
  6. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous Cleaning Experience: Possess professional cleaning experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a passion for maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication: Possess excellent command of the English language, both written and oral, and demonstrate a professional manner.
  • Previous Housekeeping or Cleaning Experience: Have at least one year's experience working in a housekeeping or cleaning attendant role.
  • Time Management: Ability to focus, multitask, and use time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
