Early Years Educator Opportunities

We are seeking dedicated and passionate professionals to join our team as Early Years Educators / Childcare Practitioners.

The ideal candidate will be qualified, motivated, and able to provide high-quality care and education to children in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for children.
  • Plan and deliver educational programs that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the well-being and safety of children.
Requirements
  • Qualified Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) practitioner with a minimum QQI Level 5 Major Award.
  • Degree in ECCE or related field (Level 7/8 desirable).
  • Proven experience in early years education, preferably in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work flexibly, including full-time, part-time, and relief cover arrangements.
