Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a high-standard kitchen environment.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and preparing high-quality dishes that meet our exacting standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and exceptional food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes in your designated kitchen section to the highest standard.
• E nsure consistent quality, portion control, and presentation of food.
• Assist with menu planning and development as required.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.
• Support junior kitchen staff and work as part of a cohesive team.
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel or restaurant.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
