We are seeking a dedicated and organized Accommodation Supervisor to work closely with our team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that involves supervising and maintaining high standards in our accommodation department. As an Accommodation Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department, including rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas, and toilets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and check rooms to ensure high standards are maintained at all times.
  • Carry out periodic duties such as spot cleaning when required.
  • Perform extra duties as notified to you each day.
  • Communicate services and facilities to guests as required.
  • Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner and notify management.
  • Ensure guests' needs and requirements are met.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
  • Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, guests, and others on the premises.
  • Report and take action on incidents of accidents or damage.
  • Attend training courses as notified by management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years' experience as an Accommodation Supervisor in a comparable property.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Previous experience using Hotsoft and Alkimii is a plus.
