Job Overview
Mike'S Hard Lemonade Co. is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join our Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE) in Dublin. This role will focus on optimizing the customer experience and maximizing product discovery on our partner's e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for unlocking efficiencies and driving growth through supporting end-to-end content creation and syndication. This includes overseeing the creation of new listings, ensuring products are set up and merchandised quickly, correctly, and effectively, improving the process as needed. You will also monitor vendors to optimize trading, troubleshoot issues, track and manage customer experience KPIs, and find opportunities to enhance the consumer experience.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, Advertising, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in shopper marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role. You should have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms or Content Management Systems (CMS), be able to extract insights using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI, and have proven ability to manage and collaborate with key stakeholders. Familiarity with U.S. market or U.S. e-commerce platforms is a plus.
