Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to spearhead the delivery of a high-quality development project in Dublin City Centre. Reporting to the Head of Development, the successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including regular updates and progress reports
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project outcomes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project leadership roles
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
