Role Profile
This role has responsibility for managing all aspects of Quality Operations at our Tirln site in Ballitore, Co Kildare. The site produces milk and cream and is part of Tirln's consumer category. The role provides leadership to the plant Operations and Logistics and Engineering functions to ensure that our customer, Tirln, and Regulatory standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Participate and play an active role in Tirln's Quality Leadership team. Lead the sites Quality team in the management of the plants Food Safety, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance programs. Ensure effective monitoring and verification procedures are in place. Manage the Laboratory activities on site. Play a lead role among management peers in developing and sustaining a strong Quality and Food Safety culture for the site.
