Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining high store standards, and promoting our range of health and wellness products.

About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you will act as a health and wellness ambassador, delivering world-class customer service and ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience in our store. You will complete our industry-leading retail operational training to become qualified to advise across our vast range of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain high store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Promote our range of health and wellness products, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

  • A passion and enthusiasm for our products.
  • Basic IT skills to use the in-store technology.
