Job Summary

A mechanical engineering leader is required to oversee the delivery of medium-to-large projects from concept to handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing contract documents, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with project management plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and specifications.
  • Lead and coordinate the mechanical design delivery of projects.
  • Represent the company at project and client meetings.
  • Prepare planning, design, and feasibility reports.
  • Ensure that project work adheres to the project management plan and program.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a mechanical engineer or building services engineer, with expertise in mechanical engineering/building services design, including developing detailed design drawings and calculations, specification writing, and compiling technical schedules.
