Lead the full recruitment cycle for Ireland Manufacturing and support strategic talent acquisition projects to achieve business objectives.

Job Role

This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.

You will collaborate with a team of recruiters and HR professionals to share best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Your key responsibility will be to build strong relationships with our business partners, ensuring they receive a positive candidate experience and are informed throughout the recruitment process.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create attractive job offers and secure top talent.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing regular communication and feedback.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment, sharing expertise and learning from colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Have at least 1 year of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume engineering/science roles.
  • Familiarity with Workday Recruit is advantageous.

This role requires an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can work effectively in a team environment and use initiative when required.
