Product Development Expert

We are seeking a Product Development Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving efforts to introduce new products and improve current ones within the Business Line Home Security and Business Line Bike Security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and construct new products, as well as optimize existing ones.
  • Convey ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Create detailed drawings to ensure product quality and reproducibility.
  • Perform calculations for product definition.
  • Ensure product testing, including setting up requirements and executing tests if necessary.
  • Draft product cost price calculations.
  • Create product samples in collaboration with other departments.
  • Conduct competitor analysis.
  • Provide technical support to other departments within the Business Lines.
Requirements:
  • Design products that meet business, market, manufacturing, and cost price requirements.
  • Support the launch of new revenue-generating products through successful implementation in manufacturing.
  • Deliver projects on time, meeting program requirements, manufacturability, and cost prices.
  • Execute all owned activities correctly within project groups.
  • Monitor progress of projects under your direction.
  • Properly document and release CAD files and drawings as Item revisions.
