About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Validator and Analyst.

As a Content Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our social media content. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate and resolve reported issues, including requests for account support or potentially abusive content.

You will also be required to monitor reports of abuse and take necessary actions to enforce clients' Terms of Use. Additionally, you will need to remain knowledgeable about clients' products and community standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating and resolving reported issues, such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content
  • Enforcing clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse and taking necessary actions
  • Becoming and remaining knowledgeable about clients' products and community standards
  • Using market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users
  • Gathering, analyzing, and utilizing relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience
  • Recognizing trends and patterns and escalating issues outside the company policy to the global team
  • Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions
