Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Control Specialist to join our team in Dublin. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of materials and products, as well as supporting corrective action efforts and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Control: Develop and implement process controls to ensure consistent quality results.
  • Material Inspection: Verify that materials conform to specifications, identifying any deviations or non-conformities.
  • Defect Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of defects to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Engineers on the implementation of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Corrective Action Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
Requirements
  • Education: A minimum Diploma in Quality or a related field is required. Alternatively, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quality-related role is necessary. Previous experience with internal audits and their monitoring is highly desirable.
  • Qualifications: A minimum Quality Technician I level certification for at least 6-12 months is required. Supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential.
