Job Overview

This is a critical role that oversees key projects aimed at driving business growth, sales enablement, and risk management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the analysis is relevant to each specific business, leveraging a wide range of analytical tools to aid in their analysis. They will require experience working with digital and traditional business data, as well as being comfortable providing quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, and insight on projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all project tasks are completed within scope, to the required level of quality, on time, and within budget.
  • Streamline project workflows and oversee resource management, project measurement, and reporting.
  • Perform quality control on all projects throughout development.
  • Act as the central point of contact for teams assigned to the project, ensuring team actions remain aligned and clear communication channels are maintained between functions and stakeholders.
  • Escalate risks and issues promptly to enable proactive risk management strategies to be implemented.
  • Design, train, and implement consistent methodologies and project management tools for all projects within the organization.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management solutions and practices.
  • Provide regular and detailed updates to stakeholders as required.
Requirements
  • A third-level degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience with the capability to lead projects throughout an organization.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including experience of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Project management qualification, such as PMP or Scrum Master Certification, is required.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel to an advanced level, are a minimum requirement.
  • The ability to multitask and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work and develop relationships cross-functionally and across levels to achieve business goals.
  • A full clean B driving license, as the role may involve travel.
