Equipment Refinisher

The Polisher role follows process instructions and blueprints to polish components and collaborate with other departments to repair equipment for the biopharmaceutical industry. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment on industry-leading equipment.

• Polish equipment accurately and efficiently within specified timeframes.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Develop knowledge of various hand tools and measuring devices.
• Work on stainless steel finishing, including:
• Operating hand grinders.
• Polishing.
• Inspecting and maintaining proper operation of all shop equipment.
• Recommending improvements.
• Executing other tasks as assigned.

• Education: Equivalent of Leaving Certificate.
• Experience in similar operations required.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
• Ability to perform basic math equations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with hand tools and basic fabrication tools.
• Self-motivated.
• Proficient in reading blueprints.
