Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support to customers across personal and/or commercial lines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage customer expectations and deliver solutions.
  • Proficient in using industry software and MS Office suite.
