We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Construction Cost Analyst. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse construction drawings and specifications to identify labour, material, and specialist requirements.
  • Prepare enquiry documents and source material and subcontractor quotations, including final negotiations and orders.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure project budgets are met.
  • Complete monthly subcontractor valuations through to final account and submit interim valuations and final accounts within agreed timescales.
  • Liaise with clients to agree on rates/variations and provide cost analysis.
  • Measure works as per contract-specific schedules of rates.
  • Collaborate closely with management and accounts teams to ensure accurate and vigorous cost management of projects.
