Job Title: Infrastructure Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee the development of residential construction projects based in Sligo.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the site management team and performing duties such as:

  • Setting out infrastructure and ensuring adherence to specifications
  • Maintaining quality control standards across all site activities
  • Recording and reporting on site performance, including any issues or concerns
  • Supervising other personnel and contributing to a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering qualifications, with a focus on project management
  • Minimum 2 years' recent experience in site engineering, preferably in a senior role
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in software relevant to civil engineering
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly motivated and organized, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A sound working knowledge of surveying instruments and equipment
  • General knowledge and experience of safety management principles
