About the Job Description

The CFO will be responsible for leading our financial planning and analysis function, as well as overseeing treasury management and corporate finance activities. You will also sit on our Board of Directors and contribute to key decision-making processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 10 years of management experience. You will also require excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong GAAP and IFRS accounting knowledge
  • Experience working in a PLC environment
  • M&A and post-integration management experience
  • Previous board experience preferred
