Lead Strategic Digital Transformation

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a seasoned digital transformation leader to drive strategic initiatives across business and IT landscapes, with a particular focus on innovation, process improvement, and change enablement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital transformation strategies from vision through to delivery.
  • Facilitate multi-disciplinary workshops with key stakeholders to align digital programmes with business objectives.
  • Oversee business process redesign, organisational structure updates, and IT enablement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with functional and technical leads to drive transformation outcomes across R&D and operational functions.
  • Coordinate delivery timelines and ensure programme goals are met within agreed parameters.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to drive transformation outcomes.
  • Manage change across people, process, and technology layers.
  • Provide insight into stage-gated project delivery and guide transformation best practices.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 10–15 years of industry experience in leading complex digital transformation programmes.
  • Extensive exposure to both business and IT domains with a strong understanding of their integration.
  • Demonstrated experience in transformation strategy, business process recalibration, change management, and solution delivery.
  • Background in the consumer goods sector is essential.
  • Experience working with R&D, laboratory transformation, or innovation-focused functions is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder management in hybrid work models.
Educational Background
  • Bachelor;s degree or equivalent in Business, IT, or related field. Advanced qualifications are advantageous.
