Technical Operations Lead

The Technical Operations Team is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the technical infrastructure of SiriusXM Consumer Brands. As a Senior Lead, you will be part of an agile group of responders who handle Technical Incident Management and provide Operational Support.
Your Responsibilities:- Incident Management: Guide all problems through the incident management process, including Problem Intake, Triage and Investigation, Internal Business Stakeholder communications, Resolver Escalation, Resolution Validation, and Problem Management.
- Daily Technical Operations: Perform Software Deployments, System Alarm Management, Operational Record Keeping, and Documentation Maintenance.
- Collaboration: Work with Subject Matter Experts across the Organization for Continuous Improvement Opportunities.
- Qualifications: Degree or experience in applications/software management and monitoring; 4 years of experience working in a 24x7x365 multi-shift environment.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, organizational skills, ability to work independently and on a team, strong time management, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Location: Based permanently in Ireland (fine to work remotely from any Republic of Ireland location) and willing to travel into Dublin office approximately once per month.
