Route Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Route Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing airport relationships, developing commercial strategies, and negotiating contracts.

You will work closely with internal departments to achieve business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is crucial in this position.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to analyze data and draw conclusions. You will source and produce reports to inform wider commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage airport relationships and develop commercial strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and reduce airport costs.
  • Analyze data and produce reports to inform commercial strategy.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments.
Requirements:
  • Commercially focused background (buyer/accountancy/legal).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Excel.
