We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Advisory Expert to join our team at Marks Sattin (Uk) Ltd. In this role, you will play a critical part in advising senior clients across various sectors on developing and executing target operating model strategies for transactions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in transaction services and/or corporate finance, with a strong background in strategy and project management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of rigorous analysis, building an evidence base to support strategy development, and communicating informed recommendations to clients.
