Senior Business Development Manager Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into the U.S. market.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a business developer with a passion for Life Sciences recruitment to take the lead in building our U.S. business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the U.S. market

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record in recruitment or staffing (ideally in Life Sciences)
  • Commercial experience in the U.S. market or working with U.S. clients
  • The ability to win new business and scale new markets
  • An excellent network across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical technology sectors
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a resilient, ambitious, and hands-on approach
