We are seeking an experienced Indirect Tax professional to join our team as a Director/Senior Manager in the VAT department.

The Role
  • Provide authoritative advice on indirect tax matters, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients with complex indirect tax needs, overseeing compliance and ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Contribute to the operational management of our tax practice, taking responsibility for specific areas as required.
  • Collaborate with other member firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives, driving growth and revenue.
  • Develop and enhance the technical knowledge of staff, fostering a culture of excellence and expertise in indirect taxes.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Prior experience in a management role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • In-depth understanding of VAT principles and practices, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business development, converting relationships into fee-paying work and expanding our client base.
  • Self-motivated leader with a strong team player mindset, capable of inspiring and guiding colleagues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
