Job Description
Orchard Community Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Person in Charge (Social Care Leader). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our residential service and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the On-Call support system.
- Provide direct care to individuals, following established care plans and protocols.
- Assist in assessing the needs of service users and developing individualized care plans.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care services.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience in health or social care.
- A relevant degree in Social or Health Care (minimum level 7).
- Full current driving license and access to a vehicle.
