Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries, offering product information, and assisting with purchases
- Sales: Work at the till, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring well-stocked shelves
- Operational Efficiency: Operate the cash register accurately, process transactions efficiently, and handle payments effectively
- Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, including stocking shelves and arranging displays
- Physical Demands: Perform heavy lifting tasks, such as moving crates of stock or large items, to ensure adequate inventory levels and proper store organisation
- Conversational English language level is essential
- Proficiency in one of the Eastern European languages is required
- Sales experience is preferred
- Full flexibility is required, including availability to work on day shifts: 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday
