About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Investor Relations Group as a Private Equity Fund Administrator.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration of private equity and real estate funds, including processing subscriptions, capital calls, distributions and transfers.
You will also lead and develop a small team of supervisors, senior and junior admins, ensuring seamless client service delivery.
In addition, you will maintain shareholder registers and act as transfer agent, communicating with investors and processing payments and other transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer private equity and real estate funds, including processing subscriptions, capital calls, distributions and transfers.
- Lead and develop a small team of supervisors, senior and junior admins, ensuring seamless client service delivery.
- Maintain shareholder registers and act as transfer agent, communicating with investors and processing payments and other transactions.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, along with 7+ years of experience in an investor relations environment, preferably private equity and/or hedge funds.
You should be proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc.) and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
