Job Title: AI Annotator Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Generative AI Annotator to join our team. As an Annotator, you will play a crucial role in improving large language models (LLMs) by creating, assessing, and refining pairs of questions and answers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Annotation: Annotate data accurately and consistently, adhering to predefined annotation guidelines.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and output from machine learning classifiers and internal tools, and contribute to continuous improvement of the data annotation process.
  • Guideline Development: Develop and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation.
  • Research Support: Perform basic research as needed to annotate accurately.
  • Feedback Provision: Provide feedback on the annotation tasks.
Requirements
  • Linguistic Skills: High Proficiency in Dutch & English - C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR.
  • Qualifications: Educational background, undergraduate university degree.
  • Social Norm Understanding: Understanding common social norms.
