Role Overview:
TN Ireland seeks a highly experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join its team as a Speech and Language Therapy Manager.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality services to patients undergoing radiotherapy treatment.
The successful candidate will have expertise in leading teams, developing services, and providing clinical leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the SLT service at St Luke's Hospital, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
Provide clinical leadership and professional supervision to the speech and language therapy team.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for patients.
Requirements:- A recognised qualification as a Speech and Language therapist with CORU registration or eligible for registration with CORU.
- At least five years post-qualification experience, ideally within an acute hospital setting.
- Experience working with oncology patients.
- Supervisory/management experience.
- Experience in service delivery and development.
- A competitive salary based on experience (€73,000 - €88,000).
- Relocation support for applicants relocating to Ireland from abroad.
- Assistance with registration with CORU, the Health & Social Care Professionals regulatory authority.
- Generous annual leave entitlements per year.
