As a Restaurant Manager at The Broadline Recruitment Group Limited, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional dining experience, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive work culture by offering training and development opportunities for staff.
- Address guest concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house operations.
Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in a managerial role within the Irish hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume hotel restaurant environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, and comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations are essential for this role.
