We are currently looking for an experienced Facilities Management Specialist to join our Maintenance Team. As a Facilities Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the site business by managing an efficient and effective engineering function. This involves implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for planned and preventative maintenance, reaction time to breakdowns, and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have or demonstrate a relevant craft apprenticeship/third level qualification with at least 5 years post-apprenticeship experience. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The ability to lead and manage teams effectively is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement KPIs for planned and preventative maintenance
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs
  • Provide leadership to the site engineering team
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Maintenance team

Requirements:

  • Relevant craft apprenticeship/third level qualification
  • At least 5 years post-apprenticeship experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
