Senior Healthcare Coordinator

The successful Home Care Supervisor will be an integral part of a dynamic team, leading and supporting the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care to clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop the healthcare team to ensure delivery of quality care.
- Co-ordinate operations and scheduling.
- Undertake client reviews and assessments.
- Update staff on company policies and procedures.
- Carry out emergency cover and rapid response.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered.
- Support the development of the care team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant health or social care background.
- QQI Level 6 Major Award in Healthcare Support or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a car.
- Good IT skills in Microsoft Office.
