We are seeking an experienced Pensions Solicitor to join our expert team. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of advising large corporates in relation to pensions, benefits and keeping up to date with changes to legislation or practice that benefit clients.

Key Responsibilities

The role will involve advising on pension schemes, queries, complaints, restructuring re-organisations and mergers. This will also involve managing associated documentation, as well as providing advice on employee incentive plans.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years' post-qualified experience (PQE) in the area of pensions law.
  • Strong knowledge of pensions law and regulation, including current legislative and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
